The Zoe Molapisi Group is a private investment holding company founded in 2011 by Zoe Molapisi, a seasoned entrepreneur, strategist and purpose-driven leader with a strong track record in business development and impact investment.

As a 100% black woman-owned enterprise based in South Africa, the Group holds a diverse portfolio in the Tourism, Marketing & Communications and Property sectors.

Zoe Molapisi

CEO

Zoe Molapisi is a highly accomplished and respected entrepreneur. With over 20 years of experience, she has established herself as a visionary leader and driving force behind the success of her company.

Zoe holds a Bsc Hons (Biomedical Sciences) from Wolverhampton University (UK). She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, quickly rising through the ranks due to her exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking.

As founder and CEO, Zoe is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the company, having a keen understanding mixed with a gut feel for market dynamics and various investment strategies. Her expertise spans across different asset classes and she has a proven track record of making sound investment decisions.

Zoe’s achievements reflect the passion she brings to all she does. She has received global recognition and several national business awards in the Top Woman Entrepreneur and Top Black Entrepreneur categories.

Zoe is driven by the philosophy of EMPOWERMENT, GROWTH and LEADERSHIP.

Dineo Kotane

Business Analyst

Dineo Kotane began her professional career as a project manager working for the CSIR Environmentek Division from 2009 to 2013.

She went on to hold management positions in several blue-chip companies before joining the Zoe Molapisi Group as Business Analyst.

Dineo holds several degrees, including BSc Botany & Zoology, BSc (Hons) Taxonomy and MSc Chemotaxonomy.

Phesheya Duma

Business Analyst

Phesheya Duma is a business analyst at the Zoe Molapisi Group, with a decade of experience in the field of transport and logistics, construction and built environment and the gaming industry.

Throughout his career, in his various endeavours, Phesheya has gained expertise in analysing market trends, conducting financial research and evaluating investment opportunities.

In addition to his commitment to delivering accurate and insightful investment recommendations, Phesheya is a passionate communicator. He is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest market trends and economic developments.

His technical expertise is also being utilised in South Africa’s economic and financial hub where he currently serves as a member of the Group Economic Advisory Committee of the City of Johannesburg.
